What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping for orders above Rs 700. For order below the specified value, we charge a flat delivery fee of Rs 50.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we do not offer international shipping. However we do ship all-over India.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once an order is placed, you would receive the order confirmation on your registered email address. And after your order has been shipped out, you would receive shipping confirmation email with the tracking address to check your delivery date. If you have any problems, please contact our team at support@hielabs.com

Can I return the product if I am not 100% satisfied?

We offer a risk free ‘first try guarantee’. If you are not satisfied with our product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement on the first pair only. If you had purchased multiple pieces, please try one pair before opening the other pieces. In case you are utilising our first try guarantee, the remaining pieces should be returned to us unopened.

Our policy is applicable for 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond that, the offer is no longer applicable.

The size and color I want is out of stock, what should I do?

Please contact our team with the colour and size you want and we will notify you once it becomes available.

How do I wash HIE-Labs’ underwear? Is it washing-machine and iron friendly?

For best results, machine wash your underwear inside-out using mild detergent. We do not recommend iron but if you have to, you can iron cold.

I received the wrong goods, what should I do?

Email us with your order ID and we assure to resolve your issue immediately.

Can I change my items and address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change the address and the items after placing an order but once it has been shipped out from our ware house, it is not possible to modify the order details.

My amount is debited but I did not receive a purchase confirmation email, what should I do?

In a rare case that it should happen, Please contact us with the payment transaction ID so we can confirm and process your order at our end.
