Any person entering the website and accessing it accepts the terms and conditions and Privacy Policy of HIE Labs. HIE Labs offers undergarments for men. The customer would be able to choose from an array of finely made undergarments which are carefully curated to provide our customers the latest fashion.

Representation of Products
Any representation of the colour scheme of the goods on our website is as accurate as possible; however, in some cases they are only indicative in nature. Any representation of the size of the goods is not the actual size and will differ based on the quantity ordered by the person placing such order.

Pricing
The price of the product shall be the price confirmed by us at the time the order is placed. The prices of products are likely to vary from time to time and the same will not have any impact on the products once the payment for the products has been made. In case of reduction in prices or in the event of any new offers or schemes introduced by us, no refund will be given on orders placed before the variation in price or introduction of offer. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Conformity of goods
Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues are correct. The product information and specifications provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.

While the colour reproduction of each product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software.

We will act immediately to correct any errors identified and are under no legal obligation to honour a price displayed in error.

Payment and Delivery
We allow users to pay using Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking. All prices displayed are inclusive of taxes at the current rate. Once an order is placed and/or dispatched, an email will be sent confirming all details of your delivery, including the carrier details and tracking information of your package.

Unless otherwise expressly mentioned, all content on this site is protected by the laws relating to copyrights, trade dress, trademarks and is owned by HIE Labs. We are not liable for any assurance, express or implied, made or given by or on behalf of us or any of our partners, employees, agents or advisers or any other person as to the merchantability or fitness for the particular purpose as envisioned by the user of the goods or services.

Furthermore, the user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold HIE Labs, its employees or agents harmless from any claims and expenses against use of goods of third parties sold on the website, including attorney’s fees, arising in connection with a violation of this agreement by you or through use of your account.

HIE Labs does not take any responsibility for delay in delivering products in the event where the user has provided wrong address for delivery, user cannot be reached on the contact number provided at the time of placing order, premises of delivery is locked or any conditions as a result of Act of God.

Governing Laws

a) Arbitration: These terms and conditions including the privacy policy shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and condition’s shall be governed by the laws: the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.

b) Applicable Law: The competent courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
Any provision of these terms and condition’s which is, or may be void or unenforceable shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect any other provision of these terms and conditions.
