15 day Return & Exchange policy:

HIE Labs’ underwear promises comfort and performance like no other innerwear in the market. Our reviews are authentic and 100% true to word, but we understand that sometimes, you feel the need to try on a piece of clothing before buying it! The comfort guarantee applies to the first pair only and if you had purchased multiple pieces, try on one pair only before opening the other pieces. In case of a refund or replacement, the remaining pieces should be returned back to us unopened. All other costs incurred apart from the product, such as shipping costs, expedited shipping, sales and service taxes are exempt from the refund policies. The policy is valid only for 15 days (after delivery). Beyond that the policy is no longer applicable.

The Guaranteed Comfort policy cannot be applied to HIE Labs’ products that are purchased from unauthorized and unverified sellers and websites as we cannot attest to the quality of these products.

The Guaranteed Comfort policy is not applicable on products bought during sale or promotional period. No returns or exchanges on products bought using special offer coupon codes.
